
Wes
Wes is a second-year graduate student at West Chester University, working on his Master’s Degree in Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Delaware in December 2014, with diplomas in both History and Political Science. After graduation, he worked as a fifth-grade teacher in Boston, MA, through an AmeriCorps fellowship. Upon the completion of the 2015-2016 school year, Wes returned to the University of Delaware to serve as the primary tutor for UD’s student-athletes, tutoring students in a variety of subjects that include: history, economics, algebra, calculus, chemistry, and writing. He also has worked as an SAT, ACT, GRE, and Praxis tutor. He is certified as an Advanced-Level Tutor by the National Tutoring Association, and he is also Level-1 certified by the College Reading & Learning Association. In his free time, he enjoys creative writing, karaoke, rock climbing, and trivia nights.
